Who We're Looking For

For our Kappa Outlet store in Mondovì (Mondovicino Outlet Village), we are looking for a Sales Assistant with proven sales experience in the fashion retail sector. As a Sales Assistant, your goal is to provide excellent customer service. You will be responsible for ensuring that the store consistently has an appearance that encourages sales through maintaining order, cleanliness, and completeness of the assortment.

You must ensure courtesy, positivity, and kindness, collaborating positively with the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in sales;
• Maintain and manage merchandise to ensure maximum availability in the department;
• Keep the store orderly and clean;
• Maintain order and manage the presale area;
• Manage fitting rooms according to company guidelines;
• Handle cash operations.

Minimum Requirements

• Previous experience as a Sales Assistant in retail (fashion and footwear sector);
• Excellent knowledge of the English language;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Reliability, dynamism, courtesy, and flexibility in working hours.

An initial fixed-term contract is expected, with prospects for stabilization and internal growth opportunities.
