Who we are looking for

The resource will support end-to-end management of customer orders. He/She will also help manage post-sales returns and claims and relations with various business departments.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED / CONOSCENZE, COMPETENZE E ABILITA’ RICHIESTE

  • High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
  • Excellent knowledge of Italian and English language (both written and verbal). Knowledge of French will be considered a plus
  • Knowledge of Suite Office (especially Excel) and computer applications for business use (e-mail, internet browser).
  • A previous experience in Customer Service or similar duties will be positively valued

Key responsibilities

  • Inserting orders and returns on the business system
  • Customer data entry
  • Supervising and monitoring shipments
  • Checking and processing customer orders
  • Customer claims management
  • Support to Sales Managers on operational activities (order entry, back office with agents/customers)
  • Customer service abroad, growing on the K4TM flow
