K-Way - Sales Assistant (Milano)

Headquartered in Turin, Italy, the company operates through a global network of licensees who produce and distribute its products and offers various services to its network, such as research, development, global marketing, and information technology.

For our K-Way store in Milan, we are looking for a Sales Assistant with experience in fashion retail.

As a Sales Assistant, your goal is to provide excellent customer service. You will be responsible for ensuring that the store consistently maintains an appearance that encourages sales through the upkeep of order, cleanliness, and completeness of the assortment.

You must guarantee courtesy, cheerfulness, and kindness while collaborating positively with the team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in sales;
• Maintain and manage merchandise to ensure maximum availability in the department;
• Keep the store orderly and clean;
• Manage the fitting rooms following company guidelines;
• Handle cash operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Sales Assistant in retail (fashion and footwear sector);
• Excellent knowledge of the English language;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Reliability, dynamism, courtesy, and flexibility in hours.

Additional Information:

Initial insertion with a fixed-term full-time contract.
