For our K-Way outlet store at the Fidenza outlet, we are looking for a Sales Assistant with retail sales experience in the fashion sector. As a Sales Assistant, your goal is to provide excellent customer service.

You will be responsible for ensuring that the store consistently has an appearance that encourages sales through the maintenance of order, cleanliness, and completeness of the assortment. You should ensure courtesy, cheerfulness, and kindness, positively collaborating with the team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in sales;
• Maintain and manage merchandise to ensure maximum availability in the department;
• Keep the store clean and orderly;
• Manage the fitting rooms according to company guidelines;
• Handle cash operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Sales Assistant in retail (fashion and footwear sector);
• Excellent knowledge of the English language;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Reliability, dynamism, courtesy, and flexibility in working hours.

An initial fixed-term, part-time (30H) contract is expected.
