For our outlet store K-Way at Castel Guelfo, we are looking for an experienced Sales Assistant in the fashion retail sector. As a Sales Assistant, your goal is to provide excellent customer service. You will be responsible for ensuring that the store consistently looks appealing to encourage sales by maintaining order, cleanliness, and assortment completeness. You should ensure courtesy, cheerfulness, and kindness while positively collaborating with the team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in sales;
• Maintain and manage merchandise to ensure maximum availability in the department;
• Keep the store orderly and clean;
• Manage the fitting rooms following company guidelines;
• Handle cash register operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Sales Assistant in retail (fashion and footwear sector);
• Excellent knowledge of the English language;
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills;
• Reliability, dynamism, courtesy, and flexibility in working hours.

Other Information:

An initial insertion is expected with a fixed-term contract, full-time.
