K-Way - Sales Assistant - Castel Guelfo Outlet (Full Time)

For our K-Way outlet store in Castel Guelfo, we are looking for an experienced Sales Assistant in fashion retail. As a Sales Assistant, your goal is to provide excellent customer service.

You will be responsible for ensuring that the store consistently looks appealing to encourage sales through maintaining order, cleanliness, and completeness of the assortment. You must ensure courtesy, positivity, and kindness while collaborating effectively with the team.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist customers in sales;
2. Maintain and manage merchandise to ensure maximum availability in the department;
3. Keep the store orderly and clean;
4. Manage the fitting rooms following company guidelines;
5. Handle cash operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Sales Assistant in retail (fashion and footwear sector);
• Excellent knowledge of the English language;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Reliability, dynamism, courtesy, and flexibility in working hours.

An initial placement is expected with a fixed-term contract, full-time.
