YOUR MAIN TASKS

• Support to the Supply Chain team as the timely cost-effective procurement, inventory control and planning of production materials.
• Adhere to the safety and quality standards/rules of the organization while working within a team environment.
• Create dashboards to support the Supply Chain functions and MPS & SOP process.
• Review and optimize SAP master data parameters setting along the supply chain under supervision.
• Check the external supply of materials (finished goods, components, raw materials) to meet production requirements and correct stock levels in accordance with the system SAP APO under supervision.
• Provide daily support about the suppliers.
• Manage daily orders and deliveries in accordance with the “ship to request” target.

YOUR IDEAL BACKGROUND

• Bachelor/master’s degree in management engineering or equivalent (economics and business).
• Knowledge in supply chain and ERP systems.
• Strong IT systems knowledge and skills including advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Results-oriented and organized with the ability to plan and deliver against deadlines.
• Good communicator with the ability to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally.
• Solid in English both written and spoken.
• Dynamic and challenge-oriented skills.
