Junior Store Performance & Roll Out Manager (Fixed Term)

Cheil Italy, the data-driven creativity Agency under the Samsung Group, is looking for a Junior Store Performance & Roll out Manager to work on an important Samsung Retail project.

Reporting to the Shop Experience Manager, he / she will be responsible for the performance and the consumer journey of the store.

The ideal person we are looking for stands out for a passion for analysis and data, enhanced by working in corporate contexts.

The role requires a collaborative approach to project scoping and support through close working relationships with multiple internal and external partners, as well as with all parts of the business:

Marketing, Sales, Retail, Customer Service, Content & Services, and Product Managers.

Main role and responsibilities:

1. Analyze the store data in order to provide insights to perfect and enhance the performance of the store, the consumer journey, and the fine-tuning of the activities.
2. Provide support in the planogram management:
1. Launch structure update.
2. Receiving HQ Guidelines.
3. Providing support in preparing reports for HQ.
4. Management of the store photo archive.
3. Operational support to the Agency for VOC management in terms of:
1. Materials, timing (opening, management, closing times).
2. Cheil performance data analysis for VOC management.
3. Complaints / reviews management.

Required skills:

1. Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
2. From 1 to 3 years' experience in the analysis of data.
3. A positive thinking / outlook, driven, results-oriented individual with a clear focus on high quality service and business profit.
4. Capability to take responsibilities, highly organized approach, and proactive attitude.
5. Fast knowledge acquisition.
6. Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
7. High capability to set priorities and complete tasks by deadlines.
8. Flexible and adaptive attitude with great information storage.
9. Someone who relishes accountability and ownership of challenging targets.
10. Passion for technology and innovation.
11. Previous experience in supporting retail activities in brand stores would be appreciated.
