Main Activities and Responsibilities

• Creation of Visual and Video Content: Develop engaging content for our social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) that reflects our brand identity and captures our audience’s attention.
• Social Coverage of Corporate Events: Manage our social presence during corporate events by creating real-time posts and content that narrate the experience, engaging our followers.
• Development and Management of an Editorial Plan: Collaborate with the team to create and maintain a strategic editorial plan that aligns content with business objectives.
• Management and Optimization of Ad Campaigns: Plan, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and LinkedIn Ads.
• KPI Analysis of Campaigns and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Facebook Insights and Google/LinkedIn Analytics, providing reports and suggestions for future improvements.
• Daily Management of Marketing & Communication Activities.

Requirements And Skills

• Degree in Communication Sciences, Graphic Design, Marketing, or related fields.
• Experience, even brief, in social media management and content creation.
• Knowledge of major social platforms and tools for managing advertising campaigns.
• Ability to develop an editorial plan and manage content strategically.
• Analytical skills and curiosity about digital marketing.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language; knowledge of German is a plus!
