Imagine your job:
As a Junior Process Analyst belonging to the protected categories (L. 68/99), you will be part of Plenitude Societa Benefit. In particular, your Customer Experience Management team follows the company's operational processes at 360° from the acquisition of new customers to their daily management on all company contact channels and invoicing.

Main activities:

• Contribute to the mapping, design and re-engineering of assigned operational processes (including sales, customer management, invoicing, self-care), for the improvement of the customer experience, with the aim of creating a lasting and trusting alliance with the customer;
• Collaborate in the implementation of projects as a process analyst up to the release into production, both in waterfall and agile mode, also through the use of the main business process modelling tools;
• Support the promotion of improvement initiatives, contributing to the drafting of appropriate business cases, in collaboration with the product owner, for the assigned processes.

Required features:

• Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Political Science or Computer Science; different and/or lower qualifications and fields of study may be taken into consideration in the event of significant experience in the role.
• Maximum 3 years experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of the Italian mass market residential market with a particular focus on utilities or telecommunications is preferable.
• Good knowledge of the English language.
• Knowledge of the following applications is required: Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Power Bi is appreciated.
• Knowledge and previous experience in Italian or international project contexts, with particular reference to process mapping activities, digital transformation projects and data analysis in medium-large contexts, are considered a preferential characteristic.
