Posizione:

We are currently looking for a Junior Pipeline Engineer to join Our Engineering Center in Fano (PU).

The role of Pipeline Engineer is to design pipe systems for transporting a variety of fluids such as hydrocarbons gas, oil, LPG but also water, slurry, CO2 or Hydrogen. The Pipeline Engineer must know the fundamental of Pipeline Stress Analysis, Pipeline Hydraulics and Cathodic Protection in order to support the relevant Discipline Specialists in the detail design of the Pipeline Project. The Pipeline Engineer shall have a full knowledge of Pipeline materials such as Linepipe, Anchor Flange, Barred Tee, Insulating Joint, Pig Trap, Filed Joint Coating, Pipeline Coating.

Responsibilities:

1. Select the best Pipeline Routing according to Project requirements, international standard and local environmental and safety regulations. The Route Selection shall take into consideration also the constructability of the interested area minimizing environmental impacts, economical costs and time construction schedule.
2. Set-up all Pipeline Construction Drawings such as Alignment Sheet drawings, Typical Drawings, Detail Crossing Drawings according to Project Requirements, Local Regulation and International Standards.
3. Perform calculation report for the verification and design of the Pipe wall thickness, buoyancy calculation, road and railway crossing.
4. Set up and organize all the Site Activities necessary to develop the engineering design of a Pipeline Project such as Topographic Survey, Geotechnical and Soil Resistivity Survey.

Requisiti:

1. Bachelor's degree in civil, civil environmental, mechanical, or structural engineering.
2. Excellent Computer knowledges of Office (Word, Excel, Power-Point, Outlook).
3. Good practice and experience in the use of AutoCAD and GIS Software will be a plus.
4. Knowledge of Topography and of the key principles of Geotechique.
5. Basic knowledge of Pipeline Hydraulics.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills, problem solving and decision maker attitude.
7. Adaptability and stress tolerance.
