If so, we're looking for you to join our team as a Junior Operations Manager.

Rodex has been organizing events for over 25 years and today, as a DMC, also organizes luxury travel experiences for our international clients who wish to discover our country. Our mission is to offer discerning travelers and event enthusiasts the chance to experience Italy through our unique perspective, our eyes. Our motto, "Living the Unexpected," reflects our commitment to creating personalized events and experiences, entirely tailored to the desires and preferences of our guests, and focused on the hidden gems of the beautiful Bel Paese.

• Support the Founder in managing the daily office operations, assisting in planning and execution of operational activities.
• Organize exclusive events and bespoke experiences.
• Coordinate freelance professionals, engaged based on different projects, ensuring smooth and efficient collaboration.
• Oversee office operations, managing deadlines, priorities, and organizational needs to ensure smooth functioning of business activities.
• Manage client relationships, responding to their requests with precision and attention to detail.
• Conduct in-depth research to select unique experiences across Italy.

• Excellent command of Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• At least 2-3 years of prior experience in similar roles in event management or luxury tourism.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for research and dedication to operational activities.
• Residence or willingness to work in Modena.
