BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB
We are looking for a Licensing & Partnerships Specialist, who will join the Licensing & Partnerships office at Zegna, Luxury Menswear Company.
This role will give you involvement in some exciting new projects and the opportunity to work in a supportive and motivated team.

In this role, you will:

1. Work with the team to design and execute projects that are strategic to create a deep connection with the brand
2. Collaborate with different functions to design and execute key projects, both at operational and strategic level
3. Work on the collection development at 360’, from briefing and ideation to the go to market strategic planning
4. Collaborate with the communication, e-commerce, and consumer experience teams to deliver an exciting and consistent narrative of the brand
5. Analyse sales, market, and clients to define the best strategies to drive business growth
6. Drive independent optimisation plans through analysis of data sets
7. Be responsible for day-to-day tracking of the projects and the related activities
8. Ensure a constant master data, pricing, and internal platforms update
9. Coordinate with customer service department to ensure orders fulfilment

1. Max 2 years experience in a similar role, previous experience in Fragrances and Beauty industry is a plus
2. Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Management or similar
3. Fluent English, French is well appreciated, other languages a plus
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple processes simultaneously
5. Self-starter, pro-active and determined, with a strong propensity for action and results
6. Ability to transform ideas and projects in actual business opportunities
7. Ability to observe, analyze, and comprehend even the most minute aspects of tasks and activities, being meticulous, precise, and thorough.
8. Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
9. Analytical skills
10. Ready to work in a competitive environment
11. Availability to business travel
