JUNIOR LEASING COORDINATOR

We are looking for a Junior Leasing Coordinator with drive and growth potential supporting the Leasing Department in a complete management service and assisting the Team in administrative support.

The profile will manage the day-to-day operations, including the portfolio of lease agreements in the Italian market, ensuring smooth workflows in accordance with SINSAY brand procedures. The profile will be involved in the preparation of projects and management reports to undertake compliance processes and record keeping. Attention to detail is essential and the profile has strong administrative ability on daily management.

YOUR ROLE

• Maintaining and updating databases of lease agreements and projects;
• Organizing leasing team meetings;
• Preparing presentations based on provided materials and data;
• Maintaining internal documentation related to leasing procedures;
• Filling out additional data needed to complete projects;
• Preparing reports based on industry market information;
• Ensuring the correctness and consistency of data.

• You have at least 2-3 years of professional experience in real estate and commercial expansions;
• You have analytical and logical thinking skills;
• You have excellent communication skills;
• You are able to work in a team and under time pressure;
• You have an excellent knowledge of the English language;
• You have a good knowledge of Excel;
• You are committed to carrying out assigned tasks;
• You demonstrate initiative and effectiveness in solving problems and implementing changes;
• You know how to organize your work in an independent and structured way.
