About the Role:

Your mission with us will encompass:

1. Ensure that invoices are generated on a daily basis.
2. Check the correctness of the VAT applied.
3. Manage declarations of intent issued by the customers.
4. Check and issue credit notes.
5. Verify the correctness of customers' information.
6. Deliver customer requests regarding invoices, VAT, and other related information.

About You:

Something that will help you excel in this role:

1. Upper secondary school needed; University education is preferred.
2. Advantage: previous working experience in a similar position or any other administrative position.
3. Residence area: Genova area.
4. Good knowledge of English.
5. Computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment (Word, Excel).
6. Experience in working within ERP systems is preferred.
7. Respect for the safety rules on the site.
8. Flexibility & Team working capability.
