Fiorucci, which officially returned to Italy in 2022, embarks on a new and exciting chapter in its rich history under the leadership of its new CEO, Alessandro Pisani, and Creative Director, Francesca Murri. We are looking for a creative and dynamic Junior Digital Designer, with a strong attention to detail and a good knowledge of UX/UI practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the creation and optimization of digital content for the website, marketing campaigns, and social media, working in a growing agile environment.
Required: 3-4 years of experience, background in luxury fashion/design/beauty.
The role requires a proactive mindset, the ability to adapt to a startup context, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop effective and innovative visual solutions.
Responsibilities
- Creation and adaptation of digital content for web, social media, and email marketing (banners, promotional graphics, product images, etc.).
- Optimization and cropping of images to ensure optimal visual presentation across various digital platforms.
- Collaboration with the UX/UI team to enhance the user experience of the site, contributing to the design of wireframes and mockups.
- Support in defining and applying brand identity across all digital touchpoints.
- Development of graphic assets and layouts in line with responsive design best practices.
- Creation of interactive web elements, such as animated banners, icons, and custom graphics.
- Collaboration with marketing and development teams to ensure a consistent and optimized visual experience.
Technical Skills and Requirements
- Experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, or Figma).
- Good knowledge of UX/UI and the ability to design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Photo editing and cropping skills, with attention to visual details and image quality.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS (optional, but preferable).
- Ability to work across different digital formats (web, mobile, social).
- Strong aesthetic sense and attention to graphic composition.
- Ability to adapt to existing brand guidelines while maintaining creativity and innovation.
