Job Overview:

We are seeking a Junior Data Analyst to join our RevOps team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Power BI, Salesforce, and SQL, and will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accurate calculation, reporting, and analysis of sales commissions. This role is vital in supporting our sales teams to drive performance and motivation by ensuring commission accuracy and transparency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a key point of contact for all sales commission-related inquiries and issues.
• Ensure the accurate calculation of sales commissions according to company policies and various commission structures.
• Regularly analyze commission data to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and present detailed commission reports to sales leadership, ensuring clarity and timeliness.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to support the RevOps team.
• Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI to visualize data and performance metrics.

CRM Data Management:

• Work with Salesforce or other CRM platforms to extract and manage data effectively.
• Ensure data integrity and perform regular audits for cleanliness and accuracy.

SQL Database Management:

• Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries to manage and analyze large datasets.
• Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to integrate data from multiple sources.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to understand data needs and translate them into actionable insights.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
• Identify opportunities to improve data collection and analysis processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data analytics tools and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Power BI and experience in creating and managing interactive dashboards.
• Experience with Salesforce, including data extraction and analysis.
• Strong SQL skills, with the ability to write complex queries.
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and adapt quickly.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a RevOps, sales, or marketing analytics environment.
• Familiarity with other data visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Basic understanding of Python for data analysis.
