The Junior Controller will join the JMA team in our Bologna office located in Castel San Pietro Terme with opportunity for hybrid work.

Responsibilities:

1. Monthly Sales and Gross Margin analysis
2. Monthly Sales Forecasting
3. Monthly Variance Analysis including manufacturing variances for the month (freight, scrap, labor efficiency, etc.) and suggestions for any corrective actions that are recommended
4. Monthly Analysis of SG&A expenses
5. Supporting the Controlling Manager in all the process and activities related to Planning, Forecasting and Control of industrial costs, SG&A and R&D expenses
6. Oversee Inventory and the cycle count process at the Italy plant to ensure accuracy for yearly count

Requirements:

1. Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, or equivalent discipline
2. Minimum of 2-3 years of controller experience within a manufacturing company
3. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel
4. Bilingual in Italian and English (writing, speaking, reading, and participating in video meetings in English will be required)
5. Knowledge of ERP System SAP and previous experience with FI-CO module is preferable
