By joining our Governance, Risk & Compliance Team in Rome, dedicated to Public Sector and Central Public Administration clients, your expertise will be fully recognized and valued. You will have the opportunity to become a key reference point for significant clients, supporting them in improving the effectiveness and efficiency of processes and organizations, creating substantial added value, and enhancing the impact of delivered services.

Specifically, your responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Planning
• Demand and Portfolio Management
• Program & Project Management
• Management Control
• Organizational Analysis and Business Process Re-engineering
• Feasibility Studies and Functional Analysis

As part of a young and dynamic team, you will engage in projects aimed at identifying solutions and operating models to enhance the productivity, efficiency, and quality of the services provided by our clients.

Come As You Are – Your Skills and Qualifications
This opportunity is ideal for you if you have:

• A degree in Economics and/or Management Engineering or equivalent fields
• Potential experience in managing project teams, autonomy in conducting project activities, and delivering results
• An interest in working on public sector topics
• Excellent knowledge of English, preferably supported by study or work experience abroad
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
