Junior Client Advisor - Corporate

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Corporate team at Marsh. This role will be based in Milano. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

• Be a great communicator and a relationship builder. Every day you will interact with clients and help them solve their risk management issues;

• Be a great team player. You’ll work together with client executives and other colleagues specialized in particular coverages;

• Assess clients’ risk profiles and understand what they lack in order to expand the existing client portfolio;

• Coordinate with carriers, underwriters, and client teams to provide cohesive client service;

• Assist in the management of submitting coverage specifications and obtaining quotations from carriers;

• Host and organize client and insurer meetings in conjunction with specialist brokers and client service teams;

• Strive to deliver best practice, market-leading service and solutions for all clients.

What you need to have:

• University Degree, preferably in Economics (Management, Finance, Risk Management, etc.), Law or similar, achieved within the last 12 months or close to obtaining with a brilliant academic path;

• Fluency in English and Italian;

• Consolidated advanced skills in using the main IT tools (especially Microsoft Office Package: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
