Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in Italian, assisting clients with inquiries and personalizing their shopping experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and satisfaction is achieved.
• Guide customers through the luxury buying journey, clearly communicating product features and benefits.
• Effectively handle customer feedback and promptly resolve any issues or concerns.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and enhance customer service quality.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in luxury products and brand offerings to assist customers knowledgeably.
• Support visual merchandising and inventory management to maintain an inviting store environment.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Previous experience in luxury retail, customer service, or related fields is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with a varied clientele.
• A genuine passion for luxury brands and a clear understanding of customer expectations in an upscale retail environment.
