Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in Italian, responding to client inquiries and offering personalized assistance.
• Develop and maintain lasting relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction and brand loyalty.
• Guide customers through their luxury shopping journey, showcasing product features and benefits enthusiastically.
• Effectively address customer feedback and resolve any concerns professionally and promptly.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales objectives and enhance the customer experience.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in luxury branding and product offerings to assist customers effectively.
• Support inventory management and visual merchandising efforts to maintain an appealing online presence.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a benefit.
• Previous experience in retail, luxury customer service, or related fields is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with a diverse clientele.
• A genuine passion for luxury brands and a strong grasp of customer expectations in a premium retail setting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a dedication to customer satisfaction.
