Responsibilities

• Provide unparalleled customer service in Italian, assisting clients with inquiries and personalized recommendations.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and fostering brand loyalty.
• Guide customers through the luxury shopping experience, communicating product features and stories effectively.
• Address customer inquiries and feedback promptly, resolving issues to ensure a seamless experience.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and elevate the overall customer experience.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in luxury products and brand offerings to provide knowledgeable assistance.
• Assist with visual merchandising and inventory management to maintain an inviting showroom environment.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Previous experience in luxury retail, customer service, or similar fields is highly desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with a diverse clientele.
