As an Italian-speaking Customer Success Specialist, you'll work directly with customers to ensure they get the most value out of our products and services. You'll manage customer relationships, identify growth opportunities, resolve issues, and collaborate with global teams to drive success. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to excellence.

Please note that although this is a remote position, the work must be performed within Hungary!

Requirements Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Understand and drive customer success goals
  • Monitor customer performance and uncover opportunities for growth
  • Assist with billing, administration, and customer inquiries
  • Collaborate globally with internal teams to ensure seamless service
  • Provide prompt, reliable, and accurate information about the products, services, and solutions to customers while maintaining effective communications by adjusting to the pace and technical level of the customer.

Technical:

  • Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent understanding of Customer Success and/or Account/Relationship Management
  • Previous experience working with SAP, Salesforce, and Gainsight or similar CRM platform are an advantage

  • Empathy - Excellent communication skills (both written and oral), with the ability to communicate professionally and confidently in English at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Structured, "can-do" approach to open matters and tasks in a demanding environment

Qualifications [EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE]

  • A High school diploma or equivalent; College level preferred
  • Previous experience in BPO and Customer Success or Account Management role
  • Have a proven track record demonstrating the skills and qualities outlined in this document
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Italian (Speech, Written, Reading, Comprehension)
