Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to financial products, accounts, and services.

• Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain organized records.
• Work closely with internal teams to escalate issues and ensure timely resolutions.
• Stay updated on financial regulations, products, and services to provide informed support.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the financial industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
