The House of Mercier is seeking an Italian Speaking Customer Service Agent to join our team in Athens, Greece.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Italian-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and assisting with various service needs. Your dedication to delivering accurate information and outstanding customer service will be key in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer service to Italian-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat, addressing a variety of inquiries and concerns.
  • Assist customers with product information, service inquiries, and general support to enhance their experience.
  • Document customer interactions precisely, maintaining accurate records of inquiries and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve the customer experience and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Stay updated on company products and industry trends to provide informed assistance to customers.
  • Strive to meet and exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and response times.
  • Engage in training sessions and workshops to continually improve your skills and knowledge relevant to the role.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or support environment.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer care.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities to manage customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility in working hours to accommodate various shifts, including weekends and holidays as necessary.
