Italian Speaking Customer Care Specialist - Remote in Greece

The House of Mercier is excited to offer a remote opportunity for an Italian Speaking Customer Care Specialist based in Greece. In this role, you will provide outstanding customer support to our Italian-speaking clients, representing a prestigious luxury jewelry brand.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide exemplary customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding products, order statuses, and company policies with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Efficiently resolve customer issues and complaints to enhance satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and ensure accurate records are maintained.
  • Share product knowledge and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to improve service delivery based on customer feedback.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients through attentive and personalized customer care.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is also preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support, especially within a luxury retail or jewelry environment, is an advantage.
  • Outstanding communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries and resolve issues efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • A genuine interest in luxury jewelry and an understanding of the luxury market is a plus.
