The House of Mercier is looking for an enthusiastic Italian Speaking Customer Care and Sales Specialist to join our team in Athens, Greece. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while also driving sales for our luxury jewelry products.

You will engage with our Italian-speaking clientele, assisting them with inquiries, guiding them through the purchasing process, and ensuring that they receive a memorable shopping experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about products, services, and orders in an informed and friendly manner.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate jewelry pieces to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Efficiently handle and resolve customer complaints and feedback to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets while providing exceptional service.
  • Stay knowledgeable about our product offerings and trends in the luxury jewelry market.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales, particularly in a luxury retail or jewelry environment, is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing top-tier service.
  • Experience with point of sale (POS) systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools is advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A genuine passion for luxury jewelry and an understanding of client needs in the luxury market is highly desirable.
