Our client is a dynamically growing international law firm in Dubai, offering exceptional opportunities for talented professionals to advance their careers. We are looking for highly skilled and motivated Italian or French dual-qualified tax lawyer/tax advisor to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert tax advisory services to a diverse international client base
• Advise on Italian and UAE tax matters, cross-border tax planning, and structuring
• Collaborate with clients on complex tax issues, including international tax compliance, M&A, and VAT
• Support business development efforts and expand the firm’s Italian / French client base
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for additional services

Requirements:

• Dual qualification as an Italian lawyer and tax advisor or as a French lawyer and tax advisor
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in tax law, preferably with exposure to both Italian/French and UAE tax matters
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken) and in Italian or French
• Strong business development skills with a proactive, client-focused approach
• Enthusiastic about relocating to Dubai and working in a fast-paced, growing team
