IT Supply Chain Transformation Manager

JOB PURPOSE

The IT Supply Chain Transformation Manager is responsible for implementing, supporting, and developing software solutions within the Supply Chain domain. Aligned with the Industrial Transformation roadmap, the role involves analyzing business needs, designing innovative solutions, and driving the evolution of supply chain applications to meet current and future business requirements.

The IT Supply Chain Transformation Manager ensures the timely and budget-conscious delivery of high-quality projects, while actively supporting both business stakeholders and legacy system teams. This role reports directly to the IT Head of Industrial Transformation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Oversee the implementation and optimization of IT solutions for supply chain processes (ERP S/4, WMS, TMS).
2. Ensure end-to-end traceability of materials and products to meet the new European sustainability regulations, focusing on transparency and accountability.
3. Develop data-driven strategies using business intelligence tools to optimize demand planning, inventory management, and sustainability tracking.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT systems with supply chain objectives, ensuring efficiency and adherence to regulatory requirements.
5. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system security and compliance.
6. Identify and mitigate risks related to IT infrastructure in supply chain operations.

1. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management.
2. +5 years of experience in a consulting firm or in the IT Industrial department of a large company.
3. Strong experience in IT systems implementation for supply chain management, preferably in the luxury or fashion sector.
4. Solid technical background, with experience in SAP S/4 HANA Fashion Solution and WMS systems; Stealth 400/ST3K is a plus.
5. Experience with large enterprise projects in international environments.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with different international cultures.
7. Excellent level of English (Spoken and Written).
