IT Project Manager

The main function of the IT Project Manager is to do everything necessary to successfully onboard new customers, deliver projects, and support existing customers as required.

He/She is the most flexible role in Apparound and helps the communication flow from the business requirements to the technical teams.

The IT Project Manager works closely with the Technical Teams and the customer and side by side with the Account Manager. He/She understands the functional and non-functional requirements and assists in the ongoing development and support of applications.

Once or twice a week we would like to work in presence in our beautiful office in Pisa, to enjoy a coffee break together.

Tasks:

1. Support pre-sales by being the product expert and being able to answer detailed product questions (including giving deep product demos).
2. Analyze and prepare pre-sales quotes.
3. Deliver business analysis of customer requirements to technical teams.
4. Manage and contribute to Sprints.
5. Manage small and large customer projects profitably.
6. Manage product releases, ensuring every defect is successfully managed.
7. Manage customer escalations and help in troubleshooting, filtering, and validating issues and bugs raised by customers, if needed.
8. Support the CEO and COO with any customer-related process requests or project requests.
9. Support the product team with business analysis on development Sprints.
10. Be the business analyst on customer projects, validating and reviewing requirements if needed.
11. Be a testing resource when requested to do so.
12. Train customers, partners, and Apparounders on the Apparound product.
13. Identify impacts on product core or customization in complex enterprise architecture.
14. Identify the current and future state of the business processes.

Position skills and experiences required:

1. Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology.
2. Delivering elements of systems design, including data migration rules, business rules, wireframes, or other detailed deliverables.
3. Understanding of ITIL and ESB logic with a focus on sales processes and data interchange.
4. Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills both in Italian and English.
5. Good understanding of systems engineering concepts.
6. Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields, or equivalent work experience.
7. Ability to communicate and work in a team.
8. Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
9. Problem-solving attitude.
