We are seeking a highly motivated Investment Banking Analyst to join our client’s Investment Banking team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in investment banking (M&A preferred).

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Investment Banking Analyst to join our Milan office. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile transactions across various industries, including M&A, debt and equity capital markets, and strategic advisory projects. As an integral member of our team, you will gain hands-on experience, develop strong financial modeling skills, and interact with senior professionals and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct financial analysis, valuation, and modeling to support deal execution.
2. Prepare client presentations, pitchbooks, and transaction materials.
3. Perform industry research and company due diligence.
4. Support the execution of M&A, ECM, and DCM transactions.
5. Collaborate with senior bankers and clients to deliver high-quality financial solutions.
6. Assist in the preparation of investment memoranda and other key transaction documents.
7. Monitor financial markets and industry trends to provide strategic insights.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field from a top-tier university.
2. 1-2 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, or related financial roles (internship experience in IB is a plus).
3. Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases (Bloomberg, FactSet, etc.).
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with attention to detail.
7. Strong team player with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
