At Kroll, we're not just about valuations; we're about making an impact. As an Intern you’ll be part of our Real Estate Advisory Group, a leading provider of real estate valuation and consulting for investments and transactions.

Navigating Responsibilities

1. Real estate appraisals applying the main international valuation methods (MCA, Cost Approach, Income Approach).
2. Cadastral, urban planning, building construction and administration.
3. Analysis of Business Plan and Bill of Quantities in real estate developments.

The Ideal Candidate

1. Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering or Architecture.
2. Master in Real Estate Investment & Management or equivalent (optional).
3. Specific registration at a professional association and/or Member of RICS /TEGoVA (optional).
4. Fluency in English and Italian.
5. Tech-Savvy: Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
6. Knowledge and use of CAD software (AutoCAD, ArchiCAD or equivalent).
7. Driving license.
