Allegiance Industries, a premier facility services provider located in Columbia, SC, is growing and looking to expand our sales division. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Business Development Representative with 2-3 years of inside sales or lead qualifying experience. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying and nurturing potential leads, building relationships with prospective clients, and contributing to our sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels including cold calls, emails, and social media.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and position our solutions effectively.
  • Manage and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed information on lead interactions and status.
  • Conduct targeted outbound calls and emails to engage potential clients and introduce them to our services.
  • Execute follow-up strategies to move leads through the sales funnel and schedule appointments or demos for the sales team.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and optimize lead generation efforts.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) including call volume, lead qualification rate, and assisted revenue wins.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of inside sales or lead qualifying experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, lead generation techniques, and qualification criteria.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
  • Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and other sales tools including ZoomInfo and Sales Navigator.
  • High level of initiative and self-motivation with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing leads.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive team culture.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and market conditions.
