We are currently seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to provide outstanding service to our customers and help streamline our sales processes.

About the Role:

What your mission with us will encompass:

1. Respond to inbound customer sales inquiries, providing quotations, product information, and pricing details while promoting the benefits of our products and services.
2. Process sales orders and manage the dispatch and administration of products and services sold.
3. Accurately enter orders into our ERP system and maintain up-to-date information in our CRM.
4. Support the Sales team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

About You:

What will help you excel in this role:

1. Upper secondary education is required; a university degree is a plus.
2. Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
3. Good knowledge of English.
4. Residence in the Castelleone area.
5. Proficiency in Italian, especially in verbal communication (including phone conversations).
6. Strong computer skills, particularly in a Microsoft Windows environment.
