As part of the roll-out of its new NBS Next growth framework, Nordson is looking for an Inside Sales Associate (m/f/d) to backfill an open position in the area of north Italy, so the new team member will cover France and Italy remotely.
Mission:
Reporting directly to the Channel Manager, he/she implements the sales strategy to achieve the Divisional objectives and goals set. He (she) manages a portfolio of French and Italian customers potentially supporting other European countries as well.
Duties:
A good listener and persuader, the Inside Sales associate addresses customer needs and recommends technical solutions. With good elocution skills, he/she must also be able to formulate concise and forceful arguments. To achieve this, the Inside sales representative must be at ease on the telephone and CRM computer tools. He/she builds and manages a portfolio of sales opportunities which he/she monitors supported by the company's computerized processes from the lead through to the customer order. The Inside Sales representative must be an empathetic negotiator, good listener, and capable of building a lasting relationship with his or her contacts.
We are looking for an autonomous, organized, rigorous, tenacious, and results-oriented team player. The job requires positive interaction with other departments such as Service, Hotline, and Field Sales, with the aim of providing excellent support and customer experience.
