Infrastructure Project Manager
Whitehall Resources are currently looking for an Infrastructure Project Manager.
Key Requirements:
- The Local Infrastructure Track Lead is responsible for planning and follow-up on infrastructure projects, including tracking project milestones and ensuring resource allocation.
- They should align local requirements with FFEx requirements and GITO standards.
- This is done through aligning objectives with key stakeholders, building and maintaining the infrastructure whilst assessing and handling possible risks.
- The Local Infrastructure Track Lead needs a wide array of technical, soft, and managerial skills to cater to all aspects of the above.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to GITO standard SOP in the local project, including the Facility team.
- Coordinate local resources and local needs.
- Coordinate with local QC and QA to ensure compliance.
- Coordinate local closing windows.
- Local planning, e.g., support with updating the project plan.
- Responsible for local coordination, ensuring communication of Global GITO guidelines and principles to the site.
- Responsible for local estimates/budget.
- Manage GITO equipment deliveries.
- Participate in meetings with GITO.
- Reporting during the extended support period.
- Drive the local team and collaborate with the core team to ensure the successful completion of the implementation.
- Align with all local stakeholders and relevant core stakeholders on activity timelines and keep them aligned throughout the project.
- Manage and escalate risks and issues to IT/OT Lead.
- Identify opportunities for project improvements and implement best practices.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior project team members.
- Collect local asset information for Expansion Site.
