We are seeking a skilled and motivated Indirect Procurement Accountant to join our team, offering the unique opportunity to combine purchasing expertise, systems knowledge, and relationship management. This position is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with up to 3 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
As a Procurement Accountant, you will play a key role in our supply chain, supporting senior buyers in a dynamic environment centered on innovation, sustainability, and cost efficiency. You will actively participate in sourcing, contract management, and negotiations, gaining exposure to impactful cross-functional projects, such as automation initiatives, the expansion and installation of production lines and related assets, safety projects, and various other technical initiatives related to manufacturing facility services.
Additionally, you will focus on optimizing procurement processes and systems, analyzing data to propose improvements, and using modern e-procurement tools to streamline transactions, enhance company value, and prioritize high-impact projects.

Education & Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Economy or a related technical field; a Master’s is a plus. Up to 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or a relevant role.
Skills & Attributes: High emotional intelligence, communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships. Good analytical skills and comfort with numbers and data analysis. Curiosity and ambition to constantly improve processes. Fluency in English and Italian. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
