Apply now for the position of Customer Service Engineer for Lombardy area, and you will be responsible to install, configure and maintain Healthcare Diagnostic equipment with reference to Computer Tomography – Molecular Imaging (CT-MI) and Magnetic Resonance (MR) within the designated area.

Your role:

  • You will have a customer’s face to face relationship.
  • You will ensure complete execution of all preventive maintenance on the assigned assets.
  • You will work with Project Managers and Application Specialists to successfully implement complex solutions.
  • You will interact with the Customer Care Center and Regional Support Center to ensure proper resolution of the issues.
  • You will report in a timely manner all potential issue to the dedicated Complaint Unit.

Your expertise:

  • At least 3 years of experience in similar positions.
  • Resident in Lombardy area.
  • Degree in Electronic Engineering or high school diploma in electronics.
  • Digital Healthcare general knowledge.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Windows, Excel, Word knowledge.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned area and across Italy as needed.
  • Availability to travel mainly in North Italy, occasionally in other Regions and abroad.
