Location: Near Green Bay, WI – Hybrid Work Options
Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 + Bonus Potential

Job Type: Full-Time; in office 3 days/week; Mondays mandatory

[Hybrid] Marketing Account Strategist Description

Our client, a full-service marketing agency, is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to add to their growing team near Green Bay, WI. Our client offers a hybrid work schedule where you can work from home a few days a week. Reporting to the Director of Account Services, you will execute marketing strategies, keep a steady pulse on projects, and maintain client relationships. Our client is looking for someone who can grow accounts organically, identify gaps in content strategies and manage higher-level budgets. Beyond that, exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication, and time management skills are essential. [Hybrid] Digital Marketing Manager Responsibilities

• Execute marketing strategies ensuring results
• Identify opportunities for pivots and growth
• Translate strategies into projects with timelines and budgets
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts and establish a trusting relationship
• Lead client meetings and conference calls; follow up with notes and action items as needed
• Work with the Director of Account Services in the strategic planning process to ensure the client’s goals and objectives are being met
• Serve as a liaison between client and internal subject matter experts
• Articulately discuss the strategic value of the agency’s work
• Stay up-to-date with client brands, products, and the competitive landscape
• Maintain client revenue level against the business plan and quarterly projections
• Attend client and industry events as needed
• Maintains a solutions-focused, proactive teamwork style

[Hybrid] Digital Marketing Manager Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 3+ years of B2B marketing experience required
• Client management experience required
• Prior agency experience strongly preferred
