HYBRID Business Operations Manager
Location: Green Bay Metropolitan Area 
Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 + DOE
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) w/match, Holidays, PTO, Summer Fridays, Company Events
Job Type: Full-Time
Typical Hours: Mon-Fri, 8-5 PM/Flexible; 3 days in Office; 2 Remote

As the right hand to the executive team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily business operations, managing essential bookkeeping, and supporting a 40-person team in HR functions. HYBRID Business Operations Manager Responsibilities

•    Manage A/R, A/P, payroll, and general ledger functions
•    Partner with external accountants on tax compliance
•    Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive profitability
•    Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and training
•    Lead benefits administration 
•    Assist with performance reviews and professional development
•    Ensure HR policy compliance
•    Implement and maintain standard operating procedures
•    Manage vendor relations, office supplies, and resources

HYBRID Business Operations Manager Qualifications

•    3+ years of operations support (accounting, HR, or operations) experience required
•    Background in the professional services industry required 
•    Experience working in a small business environment (<50 employees) required 
•    Proficiency in core accounting functions (A/R, A/P, and general ledger management) required 
•    Experience with QuickBooks (or similar) accounting software required
