HVAC Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Johnson's Air Conditioning is the longest established air conditioning company in Naples since 1960. We are seeking motivated, mechanically inclined individuals to join our team. Experience is not necessary, just the desire to learn a challenging yet rewarding career.

Responsibilities:

1. CLEAN & Maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
2. Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
3. Perform routine preventative maintenance and detailed cleaning
4. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields is not required but is a plus!
2. Ability to handle physical demands and workload.
3. Ability to reach areas not easily accessible by means of climbing, stooping, and bending.
4. Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders and attic stairs, and maneuver in attics and homes to access HVAC equipment.
5. Ability to continually climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl.
6. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Teamwork is a priority; technicians must be willing to work with and assist co-workers as needed. Must be willing to work overtime as hours do fluctuate.

All candidates are required to submit to a background check, drug screening, and MVR driving record check.
