Job Description:

Role: HR Administrator Italian and German speaking role

Contract: 3 months

Work model: Remote (Germany, Italy, Belgium, Spain, Ireland or France)

Salary: pro rata of up to €40K p/a (DOE)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain employee records and HR databases
• Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
• Support payroll administration by collecting and verifying employee data and hours worked
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
• Assist in the preparation of HR reports and dashboards for management
• Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements within HR functions

Requirements:

• Fluency in Italian AND German, and in English is essential
• Proven experience in an administrative role preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
