As HSE Supervisor, you will join our Department/Function HSE, in the business line Drilling, conducting the following activities in one of the Offshore Drilling RIG of the Company’s worldwide fleet:

ACTIVITIES:

• Provide professional support to ensure that all activities carried out are conducted in strict accordance with Saipem HSE Standards, applicable local legislation, international standards, and Client HSE requirements.
• Provide specialist advice to the Vessel Management Team and workforce for the interpretation and implementation of the applicable HSE procedures.
• Liaise with the HSE department onshore to ensure compliance with standards and procedures.
• Assist the Vessel Management Team and the workforce in the HSE Risk Assessment process.
• Take part in HSE related Audits/Inspections/Incident investigations ensuring correct reporting of HSE data and monitoring of corrective actions.

QUALIFICATION:

High School diploma in technical field.

KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE:

Good level of English.

LABOUR RELATIONSHIP:

Permanent Contract.

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:

Over 5 years in Offshore Drilling.

IT SKILLS:

Good level of MS Office package knowledge.

SOFT SKILLS:

• Effective communication.
• Leadership and authority.
• Stress management and resilience.

NICE TO HAVE:

• NEBOSH International General Certificate in Occupational Health.

LOCATION:

Offshore worldwide on rotational scheme 1/1.
