Your next Role:

As an HSE Specialist, you will be an integral part of our Health, Safety & Environment function, reporting directly to the HSE Manager. You will manage all HSE processes for our sites, ensuring compliance with current regulations and coordinating with central functions and local management.

Your primary accountabilities will be:

• Monitor and update risk assessments, coordinating with external consultants.
• Manage site authorizations and risk assessment controls.
• Oversee the Health, Safety, and Environment management system and audits.
• Evaluate and document interference risks with external companies.
• Ensure execution of the HSE training plan.
• Manage relationships with regulatory authorities.
• Collaborate on Health Surveillance management.
• Support emergency management and organize simulations.
• Analyze HSE data and propose improvements.
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects and initiatives.

What you’ll need:

In order to be successful in this role you’ll need:

• Educational Background: You hold a degree in technical-scientific disciplines, preferably in Prevention Techniques in the Environment and Workplace, Environmental Sciences, or Engineering.
• Experience: You have at least 1 year of experience in an HSE role.
• Language Skills: proficiency in English.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of environmental and safety regulations and ISO certifications.
• Attention to Detail: Precision and attention to formal aspects are your strengths.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel nationally for meetings or site inspections.
