HSE Engineers - Dams & Hydropower Project - Tajikistan

We are supporting a major dams and hydropower project in Tajikistan and looking for HSE Engineers to join the team.

As an HSE Engineer, you will play a key role in performing detailed Health, Safety, and Environmental activities across multiple Lot Contracts, under the general coordination and supervision of the HSE Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Carry out site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
2. Ensure compliance with project HSE standards and local regulations.
3. Support contractors and project teams with HSE training and best practices.
4. Report and investigate incidents, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
5. Promote a strong safety culture across all project activities.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in HSE roles within large infrastructure, dam, or hydropower projects.
3. Strong knowledge of international HSE standards and practices.
4. Ability to work collaboratively with multinational teams.
5. Previous experience in Central Asia projects is an advantage but not mandatory.
