Your Tasks:
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance by coordinating with the team and supporting legal requirements
- Provide proactive support and advice to staff and management to foster an excellent HSE culture
- Support continuous improvement of the HSE Management System for assigned technologies and sites
- Track, analyze, and report HSE KPIs, consulting with management as needed
- Conduct root cause analyses and risk assessments, deriving necessary actions for improvement
- Advise on compliance with safety regulations in construction, modifications, and engineering projects
- Provide safety-related training and conduct inspections, audits, and safety walks to ensure compliance
- Support emergency response planning and occupational health initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders
Your Profile:
- Completed M.Sc./Diploma in a relevant field (engineering, safety, risk engineering) or a technical education (e.g., electrician, operations & maintenance) with additional HSE qualifications; RSPP, ASPP, CSE, CSP are a plus
- Minimum 3 years of experience and HSE qualifications, preferably in the renewable energy sector
- Strong knowledge of Italian HSE legislation – Ensuring compliance with HSE regulations
- Experience in HSE Management Systems – Preferably aligned with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or similar standards
- Minimum level of English (written & spoken)
- Good health, with general all round fitness to work at height
- Ability to assess risks and develop effective solutions
- High flexibility & willingness to travel
