HR Training Specialist - Milan

The Palace Company Europe is looking for a HR Training Specialist to join our HR Team.

The person will report to the Talent & Culture Manager and will take care, for the 6 Hotels & Resorts in Italy and the Baglioni Resort Maldives, of:

1. Working closely with stakeholders to understand learning needs and align course content and delivery methods with organizational goals
2. Regularly assess the effectiveness of course delivery through participant feedback and performance metrics, making improvements as necessary to enhance learning outcomes
3. Supporting the design and improvement of training activities
4. Managing Italian funded training
5. Scouting and meeting with training providers
6. Producing and regularly updating KPIs for training initiatives.

The person must comply with the following requirements:

1. 3/4 years of experience in the training and development area
2. Deep knowledge of Italian funded training
3. Fluent English. Spanish knowledge will be considered a plus.
4. Very good computer knowledge (Excel, Power Point, Canva and other Graphic program)
5. Excellent organizational skills and precision
6. Creative and enthusiastic personality, willing to work in a multicultural environment
7. Proactive attitude, focusing on continuous improvement and innovative solutions
8. Flexibility and willingness to face continuous challenges and continuous learning
9. Excellent communication and cooperation skills; demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
10. Strong resilience under pressure and strong result orientation
11. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work both in teams and individually.
