What you will do:
- Your role will be Talent & Performance Associate Manager
- You will join the team of People Development & Culture reporting directly to the Head of Talent
- You will contribute enhancing the people experience within your area of expertise, locally and internationally within Sisal
- You will responsible for supporting the design and implementation of talent development and career growth strategies aligned with business objectives. This role ensures the execution of programs that identify, develop, and retain talent while fostering an organizational culture centered on continuous learning, performance, and inclusivity.
- You will have the following responsibilities:
- Talent & Career Management: Support the creation of talent and career initiatives, facilitating career mobility and ensuring their effective implementation across both local and international teams. Contribute to the design of career paths and individual development plans to promote employee growth and development, and assist in the career and assessment process. Collaborate with managers and HRBPs to ensure the adoption of talent projects, aligning them with organizational guidelines and fostering employee development. Create and monitor the effective management of individual development plans to ensure employee growth in line with corporate strategies. Support internal growth through career pathing programs.
- Performance Management: Collaborate to manage performance management processes, defining KPIs and tools for performance evaluation. Provide insights based on HR data analysis to enhance the effectiveness of development programs and optimize processes. Contribute to the consistent and continuous promotion of the performance management process among relevant stakeholders, including international locations. Prepare documents and presentations, offering support to employees, managers, HRBPs, and local HR teams abroad to facilitate the promotion of global performance. Ensure proper alignment between processes and the system (Workday), managing all aspects of the annual performance review in accordance with the corporate timeline.
- Analytics & Insights Management: Carry out analysis on performance, talent, learning & development, and career, building a holistic and comprehensive talent dashboard. Define and implement data-driven processes and formulate strategic insights, interpreting the data, to support implementation of actions / recommendations and decision-making. Set KPIs to monitor people, process & program progress and finetune actioning.
Who you are:
Experience
- 4 – 6 years of HR experience working in particular in the areas of performance and talent management, in structured contexts in consulting or multinational companies
- Previous experience in dynamic corporate context or consulting firms is considered a plus.
Competencies
- You have a solid knowledge of HR best practices in the areas of talent development and performance management
- You have strong analytical skills, experienced in interpreting data, capturing insights and suggestion potential actions of value, attention to detail
- You have good communication skills and a positive attitude towards people, building close relationship and creating a collaborative environment
- Good project management, planning and execution skills
- You have an international mind-set and a willingness to roll-sleeves up and get stuck in
- You have excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Office and are familiar with HRIS. A plus is in having experience with BI tools
- You are highly self-motivated, outcome-focused, collaborative and thrives in a fast-moving multi-faceted and dynamic environment
- You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written. French is a plus
- You are flexible, determined, proactive and self-organized
- You are available for travel.
Education
- You have a degree in human resources, economics, or business management
- Masters or certifications in Talent Development, Coaching, or Performance Managements will be an advantage.
