Strategic Focus:
Collaborate with site leadership to understand business objectives and align HR strategies accordingly.
Offer guidance on organizational structure, workforce planning, and talent management to improve business performance.
Assist in creating and implementing HR policies and programs that support the organization's goals.
Work with recruitment teams to attract top talent for the Lodi site.
Oversee talent performance and development, implementing training programs and succession planning to build a skilled workforce.
Operational Focus:
Lead HR initiatives at the site level to boost employee engagement, retention, and growth.
Analyze site HR metrics, identifying improvement areas and reporting to the HR Head on HR activities.
Promote a positive work environment, partnering with site leadership to address employee concerns and support change management.
Engage in career planning discussions with department heads and Learning & Development to identify upskilling needs.
Financial Focus:
Manage the site's HR budget, optimizing resource allocation to align with strategic objectives.
Monitor HR-related financial metrics to highlight areas for potential cost savings or improvements.
Customer Focus:
Serve as a bridge between employees and management, ensuring open communication.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their HR requirements and deliver effective solutions.
People Focus:
Promote an inclusive and positive workplace culture in line with the company's values.
Lead initiatives to boost employee engagement, morale, and job satisfaction.
Risk and Compliance Management:
Partner with legal and compliance teams to address regulatory requirements related to HR.
Ensure timely compliance with all applicable statutory obligations (e.g., Provident Fund, ESI) for direct and contract employees.
Adhere to established industrial relations practices and disciplinary procedures at the site level.
Competenze ed esperienza
Experience and Skills:
Professional Background: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or HR business partner role within manufacturing, chemical, or industrial environments.
Strategic HR Expertise: Proven ability to align HR strategy with business objectives, including organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.
Employee Relations and Compliance: Strong understanding of employee relations, including experience with regulatory compliance, industrial relations, and HR policies.
Talent Management and Development: Demonstrated success in talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning to build and retain a skilled workforce.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building effective relationships with leadership, employees, and stakeholders at all levels.
Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to proactively identify issues and provide timely, effective HR solutions to meet organizational needs.
